Crystal Calhoun-Epps is the founder of Crystal the Closer Consulting; a firm dedicated to helping people easily access mortgages, acquire funding, and achieve their homeownership goals. 

Crystal is a licensed Mortgage Broker Professional, Realtor, Certified Tax preparer, and has served in the Real-Estate & Financing industry for over 30 years.  Crystal the Closer has closed over 15,000 mortgage and real estate transaction and extends the same passion she had when she closed her first transaction in 1988.

Through her tenure in Real Estate and Mortgage Financing, Crystal has developed skillful strategic planning abilities, which helps in identifying, improving, and implementing clients long and short-term goals for buying and refinancing real estate properties customized to her client’s needs.

As a California native she began her real estate career in her home state before expanding to Georgia, Florida, and Texas. Crystal currently holds a mortgage license in all four states and is a licensed Realtor in California and Georgia.  In addition, as a Mortgage Broker, Crystal offers financing to real estate investors in 42 states.

Simply put Crystal’s objective is to turn visions of home ownership into reality.  She considers herself a servant of the people, and as such, she is committed to maintaining top-notch professional standards, integrity, and transparency in all her endeavors.
